We've been in San Francisco nearly a week now and no part of us wants to leave this vibrant city. We lucked out and made it just in time for fantastic weather - the days have been nearing 30 degrees though we couldn't escape the characteristicly fierce San Francisco winds. All I can say is, this is one amazing city - the food, the people, the vibe - everywhere you turn the city is full of culture. Our awesome friends were nice enough to show us around so we were able to see the ins and outs of San Fran by foot, bike, motorcycle and car.
I have so much to rave about the gorgeous Frisco but the main thing that makes it special is the vibe - such a liberal, accepting, alternative and genuinely friendly vibe. A city full of stylish yuppies, artists, gays, hippies, musicians and of course sea lions, the streets are always lively with people walking their dogs, doing yoga in the park, cycling the streets, watching live music, or enjoying a nice meal at one the many spectacular restaurants. Even the homeless people are cool here. Needless to say, this is a city that won't get a formal goodbye from us. See you later San Fran.
